ATRIAL FIBRILLATION WITH RESTLESS SLEEP

                                                            www.austinpublishinggroup.com

RESTLESS SLEEP is one of the sleep disorders which refer to an individual losing ability to sleep for a long time without waking up or feeling asleep throughout the night or waking early in the morning without sufficient sleep. This mainly occurs due to work stress, depression, smoking at late nights, intake of caffeine containing drinks like coffee, tea etc., before going to bed, changes in the environment and thinking about something for longer time etc., whatever the reason for restless sleep it causes many heart problems particularly ATRIAL FIBRILLATION.

Atrial Fibrillation is nothing but irregular beating of the heart. We will observe this condition mostly in the old people like 50 to 70 years old or people with other sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, insomnia and sleep sounders etc., we observe large relationship between the atrial fibrillation and sleep disorders. The people with atrial fibrillation will have higher risk of heart stroke.

Recent survey conducted in United States revealed the fact that about 5 million people are presently suffering from this and by 2030 it may rise to 12 million people. The ones who will wake up frequently in the nights will have 35 percent and for others it is 43 percent higher chance of developing atrial fibrillation. Sometimes people with normal breathing also affected by atrial fibrillation, researchers say that it is due to body stress but they are not sure about it and studies are going on to reveal the accurate reason.

CONCLUSION:

As good sleep follows good health, should have a comfort and peaceful sleep for atleast 7 hours a day.
